Not only did I find my lost wallet in my room, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and saved me from any wardrobe malfunctions. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and a lifesaver for early mornings. the washing machine and dryer were a convenient touch, allowing me to pack lightly for my trip. the cookware and kitchen utensils were of high quality, making it easy for me to whip up a quick meal. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, with popular restaurants like Burger and Lobster and Dishoom Covent Garden just a short walk away. Overall, my experience at this hotel was truly extraordinary and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
